Knowing that online leads is one of the most expensive types of campaigns, achieving this goal within a limited budget made the campaign challenging. We knew that this approach will allow us to reach the biggest number of potential customers interested in real estate, increasing Sabbianco’s visibility and driving lead generation effectively.

From the very beginning we recognized that customers interested in purchasing property require a significant amount of information and touch points before contacting the agency. To address this, we used a variety of different mediums such as search, email, discovery and display to create a sufficient number of touchpoints for interested audiences. We also focused on utilising creative content and used a combination of videos, graphics, and text on relevant channels, tailored to convince customers to contact Sabbianco. This use of multiple channels allowed us to reach a diverse group of customers at different stages of the property buying process, resulting in an increase in online presence, conversion and lead generation rates.
