Century Travel is one of Cyprus’ top travel agencies, with over seventeen years of experience and a special expertise in cruises  – the team has sailed on 80% of all cruise ships worldwide. They’ve built a loyal following with tailored cruises, travel packages, and city breaks.

They reached out to us at a defining moment in their business. A new website was in development, with key user-experience improvements in progress, positioning 2025 as their year of reinvention. They didn’t just need more marketing — they needed deeper strategy, more horsepower, and a partner with fresh ideas. That’s where we came in!

Preparing for the biggest year yet

Our first task was to understand everything: the brand, the audience, the existing digital presence, the upcoming vision. And what we found was clear; Century Travel had a great product offering, but their digital ecosystem wasn’t doing it justice! As a result we started deep audits of ads accounts, worked together on the new website launch and proposed a mini brand “face-lift” taking their existing brand and giving it a refresh on socials.

Optmising Google Ads for max impact

Another agency had been managing their Google Ads, so we didn’t need to start completely from scratch, but we found lots of space for optimisations. Campaigns were running, but many weren’t aligned with business goals or structured efficiently. 

We rebuilt everything from the ground up: strategy, keywords, videos, banners, and tracking. Once implemented, performance began shifting. Within less than a year click-through rates climbed by over 47%, search traffic grew by 50%, and cross-network traffic surged 162%. With conversion tracking properly set up for the first time, Century Travel finally had clear visibility allowing us to hit 116% of their target conversions.

Transforming social media presence

Paid social is a different story – one that escalated even faster. By refining audiences and targeting, introducing new ad types, rethinking the messaging, and creating fresh visuals, the results skyrocketed. Traffic from paid social campaigns exploded by more than 6,000%, and conversion rates followed with an 8,000% increase

Organic social media came a little later in the journey. After seeing the impact of our work with paid ads, Century Travel trusted us to take control of their social channels. We refreshed their visual identity with a light brand facelift, introduced a modern set of social templates, and built a posting strategy that blends inspiration and promotion.

Our organic initiatives across Meta have delivered significant growth over the past six months. On Instagram, we observed a substantial 655% increase in views. This expanded visibility contributed to stronger content performance on both channels: interactions on Facebook grew by 14%, and engagement on Instagram saw an increase of 2400%. Our follower growth has also been positive, with Facebook recording an 18% increase and Instagram achieving a 97% rise in its follower base!
